We do not directly store complete payment-card numbers. Payment information is handled by the applicable payment processor under its own terms and privacy practices.

8. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery periods are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly state otherwise.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you.

Where required by applicable law, if we cannot ship within the promised period, we will notify you and offer an appropriate revised date, cancellation option, or refund.

9. Order changes and cancellations

We will try to accommodate the request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it must be handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

10. Returns, refunds, and exchanges

Returns, exchanges, damaged products, incorrect items, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer right available under applicable law.

11. Limited warranty

Eligible BekodeTech products are covered by our Limited Warranty Policy.

The warranty is separate from the voluntary 30-day return period and does not limit any mandatory legal warranty or consumer right applicable in the customer’s jurisdiction.

12. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes:

  • are subject to their stated conditions;

  • may expire;

  • may be limited to selected products or regions;

  • cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • cannot normally be combined unless expressly stated; and

  • may be cancelled where obtained through fraud, error, or unauthorized distribution.

If a promotion conflicts with these Terms, the promotion-specific conditions control for that promotion.

13. Gift cards and store credit

Where offered, gift cards and store credit are subject to the terms shown when issued and to applicable law.

Gift cards and store credit cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

14. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • use the website for an unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or another account;

The BekodeTech name, branding, logos, photographs, graphics, product presentations, text, videos, website design, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Bekode LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No license is granted except the limited right to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. References to third-party devices or brands are used only to describe compatibility and do not imply affiliation or endorsement unless expressly stated.

16. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment, or other content, you represent that:

  • you own or have permission to submit it;

  • it is truthful and based on genuine experience;

  • it does not violate another person’s rights;

  • it is not unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or abusive; and

  • it does not contain confidential information or malware.

You grant Bekode LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, adapt, and use that content for operating and promoting BekodeTech, subject to applicable law.

We may remove content that violates these Terms, but we are not obligated to publish or retain every submission.

17. Third-party services and links

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, analytics providers, social platforms, shipping carriers, and applications.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

18. Product safety

Use products only as instructed and for their intended purpose.

Do not use damaged chargers, batteries, cables, electrical accessories, or other products showing swelling, overheating, exposed wiring, unusual odor, impact damage, or liquid exposure.

Keep products away from children where the product or packaging contains small parts, batteries, magnets, cords, or other potential hazards.

19. Disclaimer of warranties

Except for our express Limited Warranty and warranties that cannot legally be excluded, the website and products are provided on an “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

This clause does not exclude rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

20. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bekode LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost business, or loss of opportunity, arising from use of the website or products.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-waivable grounds.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Bekode LLC and its service providers harmless from third-party claims, losses, or reasonable expenses arising from:

  • your misuse or unauthorized modification of a product.

This provision does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by our own unlawful conduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

However, this choice of law does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections available under the laws of the consumer’s country, state, or province of residence.

23. Disputes

Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at contact@bekodetech.com and make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute.

Unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise, any legal action relating to these Terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Sheridan County, Wyoming.

Customers may also have the right to use local courts or consumer-dispute procedures under mandatory law.

24. Electronic communications

You consent to receive order confirmations, receipts, shipping updates, policy notices, and other transactional communications electronically.

Marketing communications will be sent only in accordance with applicable law, and you may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link provided in those messages.

25. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our practices, products, services, or legal obligations change.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
